Prevented illness
I took these zinc supplements consistently before travelling internationally, where the flu was prevalent. Despite being surrounded by people sneezing and coughing, I never fell ill. I have an autoimmune condition and rely on injections for psoriatic arthritis. I trust New Chapter for their whole food-derived products and will never be without zinc again. They are of good quality and of average size, suitable for me.
